	Second, you need to have a film in AVI, MPEG, or QuickTime ready to be sent via email, uploaded if too large and by mail.

	If your file is 2MB or smaller, you can email it to: filmuploads@dreamvisionfilm.com to be reviewed.
	Once you have emailed, uploaded your film and mailed in your application and DVD copy of your film, we do need time to review everything. Please allow up to two weeks for your film to be reviewed and posted and you are officially submitted and become active on our website. Then, film lovers from around the world will be able to view your film, rate it, comment on it and even blog/discuss about it!

Please note that in some cases, it is possible for you to drag and drop your files onto our servers if needed.  If you think this is the case with your submission, please email our support team at: support@dreamvisionfilms.com
Once you have contacted us, you will be given a username and password to upload the film that will only be active for 48 - 72 hours before being deactivated.  A fast Internet connection would be required this operation.
